Broadview Warehouses
This project involved the construction of 8 warehouses, 320sqm's each, with onsite carparking.
The warehouses were constructed from precast concrete panels, concrete floors, structural steel, plasterboard interior walls with external CFC cladding and galvanised roofing.
Each warehouse was fitted out with staff amenities, accessible facilities, and an open plan office space with a kitchenette to the upper mezzanine level.
