We can manage the tender process, budgeting to completion to meet the desired financial target and the design intent.

We work for you managing consultants, builders, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timelines and budgets are kept as best as is practically possible. This eliminates the need for you to understand every element of the construction process and provides a single point of contact, without you having to deal with many different trades, suppliers and consultants.

Or you may have undertaken all your pre-construction documentation and are ready to go to tender or build and need a project management team to manage your project through to completion.

You may be an experienced builder requiring additional resources and just need a team to manage and oversee your project. We provide estimating and subcontractor management, tender submissions, contracts management, project management, contracts administration and site management.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

 

A service that is not based on a fixed price quotation, but a fee based on the cost of your project.

This allows you the client, full control over what happens with your project, and we simply manage all aspects of the project and the project team.

If you wish to change selections, redesign elements, or you haven't yet decided on every detail of your project, this allows you the flexibility to choose and change what you like, when you like, what subcontractors, suppliers or consultants you may wish to also use on your project. You get to, if so desired, select exactly which subcontractor and supplier is preferred from the various pricing submissions, at a commercial or residential level.

SUPERINTENDENCY

For a non-construction person, understanding how the management of a project is performed can be overwhelming.

We can oversee your complete project on your behalf managing your chosen builder by administering the head contract, assessing and approving invoices, variations, reviewing scopes of work and any scope of work changes that may occur throughout your project in line with your building contract. 

CONSULTANCY SERVICES

We provide personalised consultancy services that guide you through all construction processes of the services we provide.​

VALUE MANAGEMENT

 

We can provide value management services through managing your existing design to reach your target budget. 

We will analyse your documentation and provide cost saving options and suggestions as to how you can save money and achieve your desired vision in the most cost effective manner.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

Budget management is a service where once you have all your pre-construction documents, we get pricing for your initial budget estimate and work with you throughout to manage your budget.​

PROCUREMENT

We can take care of obtaining all necessary specialised consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and materials for your project from our extensive book of quality trades, as part of any of the services we provide, or we can undertake this as an individualised service providing the relevant teams to suit your project.

DESIGN & CONSTRUCT

 

We take care of every aspect of your project.

We will engage all consultants from architects, engineers, interior designers and any other specialised consulting services that may be required, working closely with you to achieve your vision for the desired outcome, which provides for a highly personalised process.

After completion of pre-construction documentation, we will organise all necessary council submissions such as Building Rules Consent and Development Approval, working with the consultants to satisfy all legislated and Building Code requirements for your project.

During this process, we procure subcontractors and suppliers to commence budget costings. If required, we can redesign elements and revise specifications, value managing where practically possible to suit your target budget.  Once this is completed, we can commence construction of your project.

COUNCIL SUBMISSIONS

 

We can provide this service by managing all your council submissions in order to get Building Rules Consent and Development Approvals.

You send us your plans and specifications and we manage this process on your behalf working with you and the design team consultants.
