This project saw the transformation of an empty old warehouse into a modern medical practice for a team of Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Exercise Physiologists, Massage Therapists and Dietitians.
The fitout delivered a range of purpose-built spaces including a welcoming reception and waiting area, consulting rooms, kitchen, staff amenities, laundry, sterilising room, pilates studio, and a fully equipped gymnasium with adjoining change rooms.
A contemporary and inviting aesthetic was achieved through the use of full-height black aluminium glazed partitions, a custom reception counter featuring timber panelling and a stone benchtop, together with timber flooring throughout key areas.
The old warehouse was further revitalised with the installation of new tile-grid ceilings and energy-efficient LED lighting, creating a bright, functional, and modern healthcare space.
As part of the transformation, the consulting rooms were fitted with carpet tiles and custom joinery, while the gymnasium incorporated rubber flooring and synthetic turf surfaces to support functional training activities.
Full-height wall tiling was installed to the staff amenities, accessible facilities, and change rooms, complemented by compact laminate toilet and shower partitions for durability and ease of maintenance. Custom joinery was also incorporated throughout the kitchen, staff room, laundry, sterilising room, and storage areas.
The project included the installation of new mechanical, electrical, fire, and data services, together with new timber doors, door hardware, and timber skirtings throughout. The building was also fully repainted internally and externally and completed with new signage, delivering a cohesive and contemporary finish to the upgraded facility.
The existing warehouse was further revitalised with the installation of new tile-grid ceilings and energy-efficient LED lighting throughout, creating a bright, functional, and contemporary healthcare environment.
