Broadview Warehouses

This project involved the construction of eight warehouses, each comprising 320sqm, along with associated onsite car parking.

​

The development was constructed using precast concrete panel walls, concrete flooring, and structural steel framing. Internal finishes included plasterboard partition walls, while the external façade incorporated CFC cladding and galvanised roofing to provide a durable, low-maintenance finish suitable for industrial use.

Each warehouse was fitted out with staff amenities, accessible facilities, and an open-plan office space featuring a kitchenette located on the upper mezzanine level, delivering functional and flexible spaces suitable for a range of commercial and industrial operations.
